Dear participating Ipswich artist,
The Ipswich Cultural Council is pleased to announce the 38th Annual Ipswich Art Show and Sale. This 3-day event showcases local talent and raises money for grants to fund community-based projects in the arts, humanities and sciences.
This event is an un-juried show however judges will award cash prizes.
The art show will take place Oct 11 - 13 at Town Hall, 25 Green Street, Ipswich.

WE NEED ART SHOW VOLUNTEERS!
Please volunteer to help make our event a success. When dropping off artwork, please sign up to volunteer for a few hours. Sign-up sheets will be on the table Friday night during Drop Off. Please help by:
· Moving display panels – Weds Oct 9th
· Picking up décor and decoration Fri. Oct 11th
· Monitor gallery and coordinate artwork purchases during show: 2-hour time slots. Sign up sheets at registration
· Taking down show, putting away panels – Sun. 4-5:30
ART SALES
The ICC receives 20% of sale, artist receives 80%. Please price your work accordingly.
All art purchases will be managed by gallery monitors. No artwork will be sold off the wall; artwork must remain for the duration of the show with the exception of bin art. Purchased artwork may be picked up at the end of the show Sun. Oct 13th , 4 – 5:30
TABLE VENDOR SPACE AND FEES
Artist vendors may reserve a table and sell their work Saturday and Sunday during art show hours on a first-come-first-serve basis. Vendor space is available only to artists who exhibit at least one piece for sale in the Art Show. Space is limited. Fee is $35 for 2 days or $20 for one day, payable at time of Art Drop Off by cash or checks made payable to ICC.
Table vendors are responsible for their own art and transactions. The ICC will not take a commission from vendor’s sales. All displays are the responsibility of the vendors. CASH PRIZES
Prizes will be awarded in several categories including Best in Show, announced on Friday evening and People’s Choice Award announced in the Ipswich Local News along with other finalists.
